Participants who wish to cancel their orders must adhere to the following guidelines to be eligible to cancel:
Notification Period: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation Requests: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
Please include your details and a brief explanation for the cancellation to help us process your request more efficiently.
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation once the cancellation has been finalized.
